Through our membership, we offer nearly all of our pediatric services as in-home visits, including:

COVID-19 Rapid Test

If you have any suspicion that your child may have COVID-19, our team can come to you and test them for the virus.

Same-Day Sick Visits

We can help diagnose and treat illnesses like the flu, strep throat, and more without having to leave the house.

Chronic Disease Management

We can help you manage conditions like asthma, diabetes, and more in the comfort of your own home. Our staff is equipped with the latest technology to help you and your child stay healthy.

Newborn Care

We offer in-home visits for newborns, so you can get the care you need without leaving the house. We offer various services, including well-child checkups, immunizations, and more.

School/Sports Physicals

We can provide physicals for students who need them for school or sports. We can also help manage any chronic conditions your child may have.

In-office Laboratory Assessments

Urinalysis, Complete Blood Count (CBC), Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), lipid profile, rapid strep, rapid RSV, rapid influenza, and glucose monitoring can all be done outside the office.

Pain-Conscious Services

Vaccines, blood draws, and IVs can be performed in the home with minimal discomfort for your child. Especially if your child is scared of needles, this can be a much more comfortable experience for them.

Lactation Support

We offer in-home visits to help breastfeeding mothers with any issues they may be having. Our lactation consultants can help you with latch, supply, and more.

Developmental Monitoring

For young children, we offer developmental monitoring to make sure they are on track. Our team can help with speech, gross motor skills, and more.

Sleep Counseling

We provide sleep counseling for parents who are struggling with getting their child to sleep. We can help you create a bedtime routine, deal with night wakings, and more.

Pain Reduction Techniques

We offer a variety of pain reduction techniques for procedures like vaccines, blood draws, IVs, and more. We understand that needles can be scary for kids, so we make sure to make them as comfortable as possible. As always, we ensure that our techniques are age-appropriate.

You can easily book an appointment online for a time that works for you. We also offer evening and weekend hours to accommodate your busy schedule.

What to Expect During a House Call

One of our experienced pediatricians will come to your home when you schedule a house call. We will bring all of the necessary medical equipment with us, so you do not need to worry about anything.

During the visit, we will perform a comprehensive physical examination and ask about any symptoms your child has been experiencing. We may also order lab work or other tests to help diagnose your child’s illness.

If your child needs medication, we can either write a prescription or, in some cases, administer the medication on-site. We will also provide you with any necessary handouts or resources about your child’s condition.

At the end of the visit, we will provide you with a detailed report of our findings. This can help you keep track of your child’s progress and ensure that they are receiving the best possible care.

What to Expect After a House Call

After your house call, our team will follow up with you to ensure that your child is doing well. We may schedule additional visits if necessary.

Emergency Care

Dr. Rolnick is board-certified in emergency pediatrics and holds Pediatric Emergency Medicine training at a level one trauma center and children’s hospital. This specialized education qualifies her to swiftly assess and offer high-quality treatment for severely ill patients or have an emergency.
For acute illnesses, we recommend that you call the pediatrician’s office so we can send one of our doctors. If your child’s illness is life-threatening, go to the nearest emergency room.

If your child experiences an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Dr. Rolnick can also be contacted directly in the event of an emergency.
